Hello friendly postcrossers!
We’re really excited to introduce you to some cute additions to the Postcrossing “family”. Meet postman Paulo and postwoman Ana:
Like us, they love to travel, and so we’ve given them a mission: to go around the world, visiting as many postcrossers as they can! They are going to hop from mailbox to mailbox, see different towns and cities and try to attend Postcrossing meetups now and then. And of course, they’ll share their experiences at the end of each visit, with pictures! :)
They’re especially curious about post boxes, and would like to know what they look like in all the different countries out there. Here they are, perched on a Slovenian pillar box:
They’re already on their way to their next destination, but if you’d like to host them, leave a comment below and we’ll get back to you in due time. Let us know why you think they’d like to visit your town! :)
PS – If you’d like a set for yourself (or to offer a child that loves Postcrossing!), you can get them at Amazon.com. They come with a cute post box, a mail delivery cart, a bike and plenty of mail! :)

Or in early August the annual Peace Commemorative activities.
Or in nearly a year the Hot Pepper Festivalalways the 2nd weekend of Feb.
I think they would love to visit the capital of Florida. Legislative session is about to begin, and I think that they would love to rally for causes in which they believe. I am sure that my English class would love to have them as guests, too.
I'm sure they would enjoy visiting the coffee shop near my favorite mailbox. I would be thrilled to host them and bring them with me on postcard hunts and stamp purchases at the post office.

Welcome to my town, mailwoman and mailman! I write a lot of postcards. You may do the licking ... or taste the joy of my full mailbox.
These guys need to come to Tassie and I would be happy to show them around. Will even clean off the cobwebs and bird droppings from my mailbox for a photo opportunity!! (The thing gets opened 2x a day, but still gets cobwebs!!) Might even be able to introduce them to a Tassie devil. Will we be able to map their travels?
Postcrossing always have the surprise for the postcrosser. I love them~
One more vote for Pittsburgh. The city of bridges!!!
I'd love to host them in Perth, Western Australia. Perth is the most isolated city in the world so surely they'd love to visit!
Cute!! What a fantastic idea! They are always welcome to stay here with me in Dunedin - that's about as far away from 'home' as they can travel :D
Hey, what a cool idea! They are welcome at my house any time! I could take them to visit the Australian Parliament House Post Office. They could meet the Post Office Manager and all the staff who take care of my postcards every week. It would be fun!

One more vote for snowy Siberia! :)
May be they'll participate in 300th anniversary of Omsk city celebrations (summer 2016).
Great idea!! They can visit me in the Netherlands :)
It would be great if they came to Tallinn and introduced my city to the world :)
I could take them to see the sights of Philadelphia. Perhaps they could run up the stairs of the Philadelphia Art Museum just like Sylvester Stallone did in his first Rocky movie! Some days, the steps are packed with would-be Rockys!
TerriGreenberg

I'll love to host them in Logroño, Spain, and take them on a tour of my home town...

I'd like to host them. They can hardly ever reach Belarus themselves - there's not so many active postcrossers here. Probably, they'll have fun :)

Great idea... :)
I would really love to host them. I will introduce them to a very creative photographer who has done some nice postcards of our small town of Nienburg/Weser. They can both pose in front of some post boxes and other sites. Then we can have some nice new postcards from here.
I'd love to host them here in Valdez, Alaska, USA. I'm sure they would love to visit the snow capital of Alaska! They would probably enjoy a visit to a nice, calm small town that is at the end of the road, literally.
Awww, this is so cute. My family and I would love to host them as well. They would be able to learn all about rural living in Canada!
It would be lots of fun to have photos of the traveling ambassadors made into postcards and sold on Postcrossing. It could be a collectible series ... you know how we postcard lovers love anything collectible ;-)
Yes - I would welcome them to New Zealand and I think Zmrzlina's idea of the collectible photo postcards is just fantastic :-))
I would love to host them in Corvallis, Oregon USA! They could see the campus of Oregon State University!
What figurine wouldn't want to journey to Lake Tahoe in sunny California... depending on the season, they'll see snow or sand on our beaches. I could perch them on a lake-view mailbox!
I'd love to host them as well. I live in northern Virginia but I could take them on a metro ride into DC and show them around Washington, D.C.!
And after all that traveling, they may rest in the Netherlands, if they like. I can make an extra bed for them.
Hope to see you, postman Paul and postwoman Ana.
After you rest in Dordrecht, with roavanvalleia, you mayby like to visit Utrecht, also in The Netherlands.
I can show you the place where the mail gets ready to go on the streat with the postman. (I don't know the word)
Do you like to visit me?
I want them .....perhaps I can show them around Dublin :-)
if they ever come to Macedonia, i would LOVE to show them around here!
I'll gladly show them whole Montenegro, if they decide to come here! Can't wait to host you! :)
I'd like them to visit me or in my hometown Brno (Czech republic) or in Girona (Spain) where I'll stay until the end of May 2010. And why? Both "my" cities have a lot in common which makes them special. Although they're not the capitals, they belong to the most known cities in the country. Brno, as well as Girona, lives with the history, both cities have precious historical quarters in which the main post offices can be found. In my opinion, in both Brno and Girona you'll experience the historical atmosphere much more than in the capitals. And the post boxes in both cities are nice and very colorful, too!
Wouldn't they like to visit the Postcard Museum in Kobe? http://www.ehagaki.org/ Send them along before I move in August!
I’m not living in fancy town but I’d love to take them to my post office box which is located on the train station so if Paulo and Ana are lucky can see a Romanian Train :D
Perhaps they could come and visit us in sunny North Queensland. A visit from them may get the post-crossers who live here post crossing again! We have been a little inactive lately but were surprised when we came back to find so many wonderful changes!
I'd love to host Paulo and Ana. I think they'd enjoy a trip to Vorarlberg in Austria. They could also visit Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein if they'll come to me because I live near all these countries :-)
And they should really see the Black Forest! If I get to host those cute two I will sure pay attention they will not fall into a Black Forest Cake or in Lake Titisee. But I will sure show them our beautiful landscape. My kids could take them to school and tell their story. In winter they can go skiing, in summer I will take them for a bike tour with plenty of occasions to take pretty pictures of them. I am also sure that those pictures turned into postcards will be very eligible in the postcrossing community. Thanks for the great idea.
I would love to host! We could go to the beach and lighthouse and sand dunes here on Michigan's west coast.

Brilliant! I definately want to host them sometime! I am a teacher in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA and hope to begin a postal service deliverty system within my school next year. The neighborhood post office is just a block away from the school, so we will take our "postal employees" on a tour. These two postmen would be a big attraction at our school, especially if I can post some of --what will be by then-- their extensive travelogue!
Can't wait to hear more of their travels and to have them visit here!
Kawaii! Now I see what you were working on, Ana! The little figurines are very cute! Thanks for posting the Amazon link - I already placed an order! :)

Silesia is one of the most interesting region of Poland. It's very beautiful and there's a lot of things you can do.
We can travel all around Silesia looking for old post-offices, and if we get tired we can sit in a cosy café, with a warm cocoa, play scrabble and talk :)
I've got so many other excitinig things we can do on my mind but I'll keep them as a suprise, and I'll reveal them to you as soon as you come to my home. Looking forward to meet You! :)
