You know that cute postcard, the one you’ve seen in your friend’s postcards’ wall? Yes, that one! Now you can look at it as many times as you want –
just add it to your favourites, using the little icon on top of the postcard (on that postcards page, for instance, /postcards/PT-1).
You can then find your favorite postcards on your Postcards wall, by choosing the option Favourites on the dropdown menu.
Easy, isn’t it?
Keep those suggestions coming!

Again, it is a great idea!!!!
Wonderful! Many thanks for that. I particularly like the fact that I can look at other users' favourites. Seeing which cards another member particularly likes should help me choose the right card for that person when sending a card.
Right on! I love sending a card that I know will bring a smile to the receiver, and now you make it even easier.
This is the best feature so far
Lovely! Thank you very much!
Yup, really good idea!
I love this! Now I can abandon my faves flickr account and stick to the original one.
Oh, by the way, can we list something like "most faved"? I think it's a great opportunity for the publishers find what people really want.
On the other hand, some people fave rare cards...
aukjeleermakers: everybody can see your favourites, by going to your postcards wall, and selecting favourites.
Great feature.. but if someone has chosen a card you sent as a favourite, can you do know about it??
Good idea, thank you.
By the way, what about voting for a "postcard of the month" (out of the favs), and finally "postcard of the year"?
Might be interesting...
Thanks so much for this opportunity! I really like to have a look to my fav cards :9
太好啦~~非常感谢~
I just noticed this and came back to the main page here to say thank you! Even though I wasn't really too worked up about not having the favorites feature, it's great to have it now! Thanks so much!
Thanks for another great feature what makes me more and more addicted to look for postcards which are received by other users.
It's really a gift to most of us using the favourite option now!
:o)
That is great idea. I wish only, that I can see, who favoured my sended and received cards.
Another great feature! Good job!
I agree with treksek... it would be nice to see who favorited the cards I sent :) but this favorites thing is really really fun. It's nice to be able to find the cool cards again :)
Cool feature... altough I'ld love to see a "tag" feature for personnel use: this way, I can put my cards in different categories (Wolf, Cityviews, add, maps, etc) and see those at one click further. Or something like that :)
Keep up the good work!
Agree with Wyando, "tags" is a good thought!
THANK YOU for another great tool! : )
I'd like to have "tags" and a way to see who marks a postcard "favorite," too. Love this new feature!
This is a great feature! Love it!
A suggestion...it is possible to have the "add to favorites" option available from the Postcard Gallery as well?
Thank you for making it possible to see who has made a card a favorite!
Thank you. This feature was a nice surprise :)
Such a great feature - muito obrigado! :)
Just one question: How can you remove a card from the favourites (for instance if you got it from another postcrosser)? I couldn't find any 'delete' button, like on the 'received' display...
To remove a picture from favorites, you just click on the same place you added it, so click on "It's a fave!" to remove it from your favorites.
Great new feature, thank you.
Will we also get an alert/email when someone favorites a picture?
No, only if someone comments your card you'll get a notification.
Another suggestion, when looking at your own sent cards it would be great if there was a * or any other mark (heart?) after the ID to show that someone had marked that card their favourite. Now you have to click every ID to see if they are anyone's favourites or not. Also it would be great if there was a mark to show that someone had written a comment.
Elisa_Day, you can browse the pages between the first and last just by changing the page number manually in the url field. When you change http://www.postcrossing.com/gallery/1 to http://www.postcrossing.com/gallery/4637 you can go quickly to the page number 4637. :)
I love the idea of this....but have yet to come across a postcard with the little heart icon over it. How do I find a postcard's "page" when I spy it on someone's postcard wall or on their profile?
If you click on the card id, that'll take you to the card's page, where you can select it as a favourite.
Thanks, serenablanch, I'll try that!
