Special request (04/17): Please tell me something about legends and myths from your area! This will make my day, regardless whether it's a fairy tale or superstition or an urban legend.

I'm Leon, 23 years old and studying in the beautiful North German city of Münster. Name any arbitrary topic, chances are about 80 % I'll be interested in it. Next to a general fancy for science literature cycling history languages art travelling etc. a special passion of mine is printmaking.

I've been off Postcrossing for some while. There used to be a paragraph here how I wanted to travel more, well, now I do: If you're from anywhere in Poland, from Western Switzerland, from Italy north of Rome or from Eastern France, chances are I'll have cycled extensively through your turf. If you're from there, write me in all detail about which particular village or town you hail from :D

I'd like letters as well as postcards. If you don't know what to write, just tell me something interesting in your postcard or letter, something special about your place that isn't widely known, or something special about you, or ask me something about Münster, Westphalia, Germany, Europe … And I'm really interested in world politics, so if you like write me about your views on your country's government (For the record, short version: I don't like mine, but unfortunately it could be worse).
If you speak French, Italian or Català, I'd love to receive a card in those languages, please don't write in English then.
About motives I like: you know best what is good for me. Lose some words on what is seen in the picture if necessary – whatever, I'll appreciate everything you send me! Variety is what I like.
Just if you're from Liverpool: Get me some Beatles card, please!

Every now and then, though, I'm having some idea of a motive I'd like to receive and am unlikely to be sent. Thus a small list of my latest ideas, from which I will remove any wish that has been sent to me. If you send any of these you'll get a card back from me no matter what, just let me know your address then.
