Can I send a postcard after it is already expired?
Yes, you can. We know that sometimes life gets in the way and postcards do not get sent out in a timely manner. You can still send the postcard late — just make sure that your postcard will arrive within one year of the date you requested that address. Once the recipient gets the postcard and registers it, that card will be counted like any other postcard you have sent.
