She has been a member for over 3 years (1175 days).I was born London, where I lived for 17 years but I now live by the sea. I used to work as a teacher but retired recently. I enjoy cooking, gardening, knitting and crochet but I don't do much of the latter 2 now as my sight isn't too good and my patience even worse! I have 3 children, all living away from home now, and a cat called Lucy who I adopted in 2005.
If possible, I like to receive cards inside an envelope as I also collect the stamps for charity. Please don't worry if you don't have an envelope handy, without is fine too. Please do not use an envelope if the postage is more than it would be without. Here it costs the same, a card plus envelope is within the weight range.
I prefer postcards of the area where you live, single or multiview and I also like art cards and anything unusual. I am not fond of ad cards, pets or Disney type cards.
Please don't forget the postcard ID. I have received a spate of cards recently with no ID.
