My interests include music, comedy, reading, swimming, gardening, making things, arts, meeting people and travel. I am particularly interested in foreign travel and different cultures. My favourite holiday was to Gujurat and Rajhasthan in India, where I went in 2002. I love meeting people and would love to backpack around the world. I am currently planning a trip for 2009 or 2010 to Morrocco, Africa (north and south), India, China, Japan and Tibet.
I love cats and although we haven't currently got one I am sure that won't be for long. The handsome beast in the picture is our recently departed Pof, who was very much loved and 18!!
I like postcards which are quirky, funny or arty, including handmade ones. I also like natural history, amazing scenery, animals, local traditions, costumes, trades and crafts. That about covers most things! Also, if you are from Finland, I have just been introduced to Kaj Stenvall cards and really like them!! I like the Moomins too!
