It hasn't been long since I took up postcrossing. I got to know a lot of new people around the world. I'm always happy to meet someone who is interested in swapping art cards on a regular basis.
My hobbies are languages, travelling, reading books and magazines in English, meeting new people. At the moment I'm concentrating on lerning German and would be glad to find a penfriend from Germany. I'm particularly interested in cultures of different nations, fashion, architecture and art. I'll be happy to get postcards with pictures of different landmarks, tourist attractions, famous paintings (impressionism, watercolour), funny cartoons. I prefer cards stamped and written on.
If you're from Finland, I'd rather you sent a Kaj Stenvall or Vis card.
If you're from Britain or Ireland, I'd love to get touristic cards with famous landmarks.
Whatever country you're from, I'll be most happy if your card shows a painting by a local or well-known artist of the XIXth century.
