He has been a member for over 1 year (729 days).I'm a big fan of Fantasy and Science Fiction books. I'm collecting books (in english) by David Gemmell and Terry Pratchett and yes...I'm reading them too:)
It is easy to guess that I like also postcards related to these two genres - Science Fiction and Fantasy.
But I would be happy to get all kind of postcards ( well, perhaps not advertising cards). Here some examples about my favorite types of cards:
All Nature related postcards
Wild animals (also insects)
Scenic postcards
Desert views
Mountains
Volcanoes
Sunset cards
Natural phenomena
etc...
Famous or not famous,
extraordinary, fancy, peculiar, weird or just nice constructions and buildings
like for instance:
Pyramids
Great wall of China
Machu Picchu
Tai Mahal
Eiffel Tower
Easter Island statues
Windmills
Light Houses
Bridges
castles
UNESCO World Heritage sites
All kind of Vehicles:
Trains, Cars, Trams, Ships, Aircrafts ...
Cartoon and Comic postcards (in good taste)
Postcards about Characters in Comics
(Disney, Looney Tunes, Garfield ... or whatever is available in your country)
View card from your country or home town is always welcome.
I register the postcards as soon as possible after receiving them, usually during the same day they arrive. If I have not registered the postcard it means that it has not yet arrived or the ID number was damaged so badly that I was not able to read it. So if you think your card should have reached me but it has not been registered please feel free to contact me, perhaps your card has arrived but I'm not able to register it just because of the damaged or missing ID number.
Here I show the official postcards I have received (naturally the picture side only):
